Summary: The property was as advertised. Very clean and easy sleeping arrangements for my family of four. The kids enjoyed that they could easily walk to the beach, water park and shops. It was safe for them to go alone. Easy access to Clearwater to meet up with friends as well. A great escape from the New England spring cold!

Summary: This was our second year at the Waterside condos and it was even more enjoyable than last year. Thesebcondos have a great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The nearby beach was beautiful with gorgeous sunsets. The condo itself was very clean and nicely furnished. We plan not return next year.

Summary: This is our 5th year vacationing at Indian Rocks Beach and the first time staying with this host. They were very welcoming and easy to get a hold of. The home was very nice with beautiful beach decor and felt like home. There was an issue with the air conditioning while we were there and the owners worked on getting it fixed. This is such a great location and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Thank you so much for opening your home to us, we had a great time!

Summary: This is our second year in a row staying in this unit! This truly is a wonderful experience for a family. There is everything you need to have a great time with young kids, including beach amenities. It is centrally, located with restaurants, ice cream, shops, and beach in walking distance. The waterpark is a great change of pace from the beach for little ones! We are looking to come back again next year for three in a row!
